12 Jul 2026 - Elevated latency on /v1/analyze
A cache node in ap-southeast-2 degraded and P95 rose to about 900ms for reads. We failed over to a healthy node and resolved it in 34 minutes. No data was affected.
28 Jun 2026 - Webhook delivery delay
A queue backlog delayed reformulation webhooks by up to 8 minutes. We drained the queue and resolved it in 11 minutes. Every event was delivered, late but in order.
